We look for residential property opportunities across Whangārei District and coastal Northland. We assess each property on its merits and, when it fits our criteria, discuss price, timing and terms directly with the owner.
We may acquire a property to hold, improve or resell. Where an agreement permits nomination, another purchaser may ultimately complete the purchase. We are not presenting ourselves as the seller’s real estate agent.
What we look for
We consider ordinary homes as well as rentals, vacant properties, inherited properties, homes needing repairs and situations where certainty or timing matters to the owner.

Our aim is to make the conversation straightforward. You are under no obligation merely because you make an enquiry, and we encourage every seller to obtain independent legal advice before entering a sale and purchase agreement.
